The Red Cross will be setting up the morning of Sunday, February 14, and will be ready to receive those willing to donate blood after our morning worship service (about 11:45). We will have a lunch for those wishing to eat something before donating blood. Blood supplies are very low right now, and your help is great appreciated!
SWEETHEART BANQUET
Our annual Sweetheart Banquet will be held Sunday evening, February 14 at 7:00. This year we are offering a three crouse, candlelight meal featuring lasagna served by our youth for a $7 donation. Each lady will receive a complimentary rose. As always, you do not have to BRING a sweetheart, you just have to BE a sweetheart! WHO WILL YOU WIN IN 2010? "Who will YOU WIN in 2010?" Our new theme for the new year, but the question of the ages for every child of God. Who will you win? The command of Jesus to "go" is one of the most simple to understand and one of the most difficult for many Christians to do. It is how the church grows - or dies. It is eternity changed at the grocery store, the gas station, the workplace and the schoolhouse. No matter what else may prove true for you in 2010, if you fail to reach the lost around you this year, you failed to win! |
